考试中part2无疑是大难关，其难度系数在于部分考生习惯笼统表达，没有将很多细节描绘出来，时间讲不满的同时内容特别水，我们先来看一个题：

Describe a flat you would like to own

You should say : Where the flat would be

                           What the flat would look like

                            Why you like the flat

Step1：想出一个描述 flat 的中心词

 例如Central， 得出一个句子I would like my flat to be central

有时候只有一个中心词其实是很空洞的，我们需要通过细节描写突出这个形容词，让别人真真切切感受到这个形容词，换而言之就是创造画面感。

Step2：拓展这个词

(to be specific)by that I mean I want it to be in the center of my city, close to myworkplace and shopping halls

(原因)(接上句)because now I live really far away from my company/ school, everyday I haveto get up quite early to catch an early bus and spend at least twohours on the way. I hate it.

(to be specific)by that I mean there would be at least two bathrooms, because you know,I need quite some time in the bathroom myself and three bedrooms, soif some of my friends come to visit, they can stay if they want to.

(原因)Last time one of my friends had a really good time with me in my place, but she had to go backhome early since she lived far away and she couldn’t sleep at my tiny house.

I would like my flat to behigh-tech然后去拓展这个词

(to be specific)by that I mean all the electrical devices can be controlled by my ownvoice, like if I say turn on the light, the light will be on.If I say change themusic, it would ask me what music I like and change it for me.

(原因)Because in my place now I have to do everything myself and I’m quite lazy,it would be really nice if I live in a high-tech environment.
